Environmental Litigation

We have been involved in environmental litigation since the mid-1980’s, this has included dozens of CERCLA and RCRA matters, citizens suits, and civil and criminal enforcement actions. Although most of our work was initially done on the defense side, more recently we have expanded our presence into the plaintiff’s side of such litigation. Given our substantial defense experience we know the risks and challenges of such matters and are often successful in obtaining compliance with minimal expense to either party.
